By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

In the event of changes to the Terms of Service (ToS), appropriate notice will be provided in advance before the changes take effect.

Orders placed before the changes to the ToS will adhere to the previous version, as the law is not retroactive.

Payments are accepted via BLIK, bank transfer or PayPal.

Payment for the work is required either before the sketch or after it.

Once the sketch is approved, refunds are no longer possible.

The completion time for a project ranges from two weeks to three months. (Completion time might increase with complexity of the order)

Clients can remind me about the artwork, but only every 5-7 days to avoid constant daily reminders. For orders with a specific deadline, reminders can be made every 3-4 days.

Each client can order a maximum of 5 stickers per month.

The creator retains full copyright to the work; the client receives rights for personal use.

For orders involving a reference sheet or a custom design, the client obtains full rights to the character (if created by me), while copyright to the artwork remains with the creator.

Orders are fulfilled based on a queue unless otherwise agreed.

I reserve the right to publish the work in my portfolio, social media, etc., unless the client explicitly requests it to remain private.

I reserve the right to refuse to continue or cancel the commission if I feel discomfort, with no refund of the full commission fee.

The client is entitled to request revisions before the final approval of the work; however, significant changes may incur additional fees.

NSFW work is only available to adult clients (18+).

If there is any doubt about the client's age, I may request proof, such as an ID.

Claiming ownership of my work.

Delaying or failing to make payment.

Tracing or copying my work.

Toxic behavior.
